Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened paint containers (Emulsion Paints, Exterior Paints, Interior Paints, Interior Wood Paints, Primer Paints, etc.)
  • Used Decorating Tools (Paint Brushes, Paint Rollers, Knives & Scrapers, Scuttles, Kits & Trays)
  • Opened specialist products (Spray Paints, Varnish, Decking Treatment, Floor Paints, Furniture Paints, Garden Furniture Paint, Specialist Paints)
  • Electrical items removed from packaging (Electric Paint Sprayers)

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package the items including all original packaging and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our address (provided in authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 5: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
